Hamilton Land is currently involved in 5 commercial projects:

A joint venture with Claas UK Retirement Benefits Plan on 20 acres.

New 72,961 sq.ft. bacon processing factory constructed on design & build freehold basis on behalf of Direct Table Foods Ltd. (2005)

12.11 acres sold in December 2006 to Gladman Developments Ltd for 200,000 sq.ft. speculative high bay warehouse development.
