Typically, our joint ventures involve an agreed land price and profit share arrangement between Hamilton Land and the landowner on an "open book" basis with Hamilton Land undertaking the entire development process including:

This approach allows a landowner to benefit from the enhanced land value and profit share without the day-to-day hassle, risk & expense.
Alternatively, we agree the outright purchase of land or buildings for direct development or refurbishment.
