Hamilton Land is successful in bringing forward land for development via the design & build development process to realise the potential of land holdings.
This is achieved largely through joint ventures with landowners
on sites where our expertise and knowledge of our Region
enable returns on the land to be maximised via high
quality development schemes, which can be either sold
or retained as income producing investments by the landowner.
Profit on schemes is split between the landowner and Hamilton Land
on an on "open book" basis.
Alternatively, we agree the outright purchase of land or buildings
at market rates for direct development or refurbishment.
Property development is a complicated and specialist field, involving extensive regulation, legislation and financial risk in which Hamilton Land is experienced in managing all aspects of development successfully to completion.
